In present digital era, data science techniques exploit artificial intelligence (AI) who start and run small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have an impact develop their businesses. Data integrates the conventions of econometrics with technological elements science. It make use machine learning (ML), predictive prescriptive analytics effectively understand financial solve related problems. Smart technologies for SMEs enable allows firm get smarter processes offers efficient operations. At same time, it is needed effective tool which can assist medium sized forecast business failure as well crisis. AI becomes a familiar several businesses due fact that concentrates on design intelligent decision making tools particular real time With this motivation, paper presents new based optimal functional link neural network (FLNN) crisis prediction (FCP) model SMEs. The proposed involves preprocessing, feature selection, classification, parameter tuning. initial stage, are collected preprocessed enhance quality data. Besides, novel chaotic grasshopper optimization algorithm (CGOA) selection technique applied features. Moreover, employed classification reduced Finally, efficiency FLNN be improvised by cat swarm optimizer (CSO) algorithm. A detailed experimental validation process takes place Polish dataset ensure performance presented model. studies demonstrated CGOA-FLNN-CSO has accomplished maximum accuracy 98.830%, 92.100%, 95.220% Year I-III respectively.
